All orders are processed and mailed within 3-5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise noted. If you have special shipping requests or would like a quote for international shipping, please email lu@luloveless.com to discuss shipping options. 

Most orders will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, unless specified otherwise, and tracking information will be provided.

All return requests will be assessed on a case by case basis and at my discretion. Please email lu@luloveless.com with your request.  I provide detailed shots and multiple photographs of each artwork to ensure you have a clear picture of your investment, and I am happy to provide additional photographs if you'd like.  At the end of the day, your satisfaction is most important to me.
